This Privacy Policy explains how Anchors of Faith and Anchors of Faith Publishing, collectively referred to as “Anchors of Faith,” “we,” “us,” or “our,” collect, use, store, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit anchorsoffaith.org, subscribe to the Stay Anchored newsletter, download a free resource, purchase a digital product, create a customer account, submit a contact form, prayer request, or TRUTH TALK question, participate in a survey or ministry activity, or communicate with us by email or social media.

By using our websites or voluntarily providing personal information, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy, which should be read together with our Terms and Conditions, Digital Product Policy, and Refund Policy.

Anchors of Faith is a Christ-centered digital ministry based in St. Kitts and Nevis. Anchors of Faith Publishing develops and sells digital Christian resources, including ebooks, workbooks, devotionals, journals, Scripture cards, reading plans, printable guides, Bible study materials, and digital bundles.

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected through our website, forms, emails, purchases, account registrations, downloads, and surveys. It does not apply to third-party websites or platforms we link to, such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, payment providers, or email marketing platforms — those services operate under their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.

Personal information is information that identifies you or can reasonably be connected with you. Depending on how you interact with Anchors of Faith, this may include:

When you join the Stay Anchored newsletter, we may collect your first name, email address, subscription date, consent record, areas of interest, and email engagement. We use this to send the content you requested and other communications described at sign-up.

When you request a free guide (such as When Your Mind Will Not Settle or the Pillars of Promise 7-Day Devotional Sample), we may collect your name, email address, the resource requested, and consent preferences. The sign-up form should clearly explain whether requesting the resource also subscribes you to the newsletter.

When you make a purchase, we may collect your name, email, billing address, product purchased, order number, purchase date, payment status, and download activity. Payment card information is processed by our payment provider — Anchors of Faith should not directly store complete card numbers, security codes, or banking credentials. If customer accounts are available, we may also collect a username and securely processed password credentials; you are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

When you contact us, submit a prayer request, or submit a TRUTH TALK question, we may collect your name or chosen identifier, email address (if provided), country or region, inquiry category, subject, message, and any information needed to address your request. Please do not send passwords, complete payment-card details, banking credentials, government identification numbers, or medical records through ordinary forms. Prayer requests are intended for spiritual support and are not monitored as an emergency, counselling, medical, or crisis-response service; please share only what is necessary and avoid confidential information about another person without permission.

When you submit a collaboration, speaking, media, or licensing request, we may collect your name, email, organization, role, website, event information, and project details.

When you use our website, information may be collected automatically through cookies, server logs, and analytics tools, including your IP address, browser and device type, approximate location, referring website, pages visited, and general navigation and download activity. We use this to operate and secure the website, understand performance and content engagement, diagnose technical problems, and prevent fraud or misuse. We may receive limited information from third-party services used to operate the ministry and store, including Hostinger, our website/ecommerce platform, payment processors, email marketing providers, analytics providers, and spam-prevention services. The information received depends on the service and permissions you provide — for example, a payment processor may confirm a transaction was successful without disclosing your complete card information to us.

We may use personal information to operate our websites, process purchases and deliver files, manage accounts and newsletter subscriptions, respond to support requests and contact forms, review prayer requests and TRUTH TALK submissions, manage collaborations and licences, detect fraud and troubleshoot problems, improve our content and services, maintain business and tax records, enforce our policies, and comply with legal obligations. Anchors of Faith is based in St. Kitts and Nevis, but its service providers and visitors may be located in other countries, so personal information may be processed or stored outside your country of residence. Where required, we will seek to use appropriate safeguards such as contractual data-protection terms and provider security commitments. By using our services, you acknowledge that international processing may occur, subject to applicable law.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected, including legal, accounting, tax, security, and contractual purposes. Newsletter records are kept while you remain subscribed and briefly afterward to document consent; purchase and transaction records are kept as required for accounting, tax, and fraud-prevention purposes; prayer requests and TRUTH TALK submissions are kept only as long as needed for the stated purpose; and website logs are kept for a limited period for performance and security. Information may be retained longer where required by law.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information, including secure hosting, HTTPS encryption, access controls, and security monitoring — but no method of online transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and you are responsible for using secure passwords and protecting your account credentials. If a security incident affects personal information, we will assess the impact and, where required by law, notify affected individuals, service providers, or regulators.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know whether we process your information, request access, correction, or deletion, restrict or object to certain processing, withdraw consent, request a portable copy, opt out of marketing, and make a complaint to an appropriate authority. Anchors of Faith does not sell personal information for money.

Anchors of Faith creates some content relevant to teenagers and youth ministries, including TRUTH TALK and youth Bible resources. However, our store, newsletter, and account services are not intended to collect personal information directly from young children without parental or guardian involvement. Individuals below the legally required age of digital consent should not create an account, make a purchase, subscribe independently, or submit identifying information or a personal prayer request without first obtaining permission from a parent or legal guardian.
