Digital Product Policy

This Digital Product Policy explains how digital products offered by Anchors of Faith are purchased, delivered, accessed, used, supported, and protected. It applies to digital products sold or distributed through anchorsoffaith.org and any authorised sales, checkout, or delivery platform.

By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using a digital product, you agree to this Digital Product Policy, together with our Terms and Conditions, Refund Policy, Disclaimer, Privacy Policy, and Copyright and Usage License.

Anchors of Faith digital products may include ebooks, workbooks, devotionals, prayer journals, Scripture cards, printable guides, checklists, worksheets, templates, digital bundles, study resources, audio and video files, and other electronically delivered materials, typically as PDF, ZIP, image, audio, video, or document file types.

Digital products are delivered electronically — through a download link after checkout, a confirmation email, a customer account, or another delivery method stated on the product page. No physical item will be shipped unless expressly stated. You are responsible for providing a valid, accessible email address at checkout. Most products are available shortly after payment, though delivery may be delayed by payment processing, email filtering, or technical problems. Check your spam and junk folders if you do not receive your product email; if your purchase is confirmed but access is missing, contact us using the information in Section 15.

You are responsible for entering accurate contact information, reviewing the product description before purchasing, confirming your device can open the file type, maintaining access to the email account used for purchase, and keeping backup copies of your files. Common formats include PDF, JPG, PNG, ZIP, MP3, MP4, DOCX, and PPTX. Anchors of Faith is not responsible for lost access caused by an incorrect email, deleted account, lost password, or failure to save the product, and does not guarantee permanent file storage or unlimited replacement links.

A download link may be limited to a certain number of downloads, expire after a specified period, or require the purchaser’s email or account access. You should download and back up your files promptly after purchase. You may not share your download link with another person — links are intended only for the authorised purchaser. Where unauthorised sharing is detected, we may disable the link or restrict access.

Unless a product page states otherwise, each digital product is licensed to one purchaser for personal use only. You may download it to personal devices, save backup copies, print reasonable copies for personal study or reflection, and use it in your private devotional or educational activities.

You may not share the digital file with others, upload it to a shared drive, website, or file-sharing service, sell or redistribute it, copy substantial portions into another resource, modify and distribute it, remove copyright notices, or use it as part of a paid service, course, or ministry package without permission. Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright, ownership, or unrestricted distribution rights.

A standard personal-use purchase does not automatically authorise group distribution to churches, Sabbath School groups, Bible study groups, schools, ministries, retreats, workshops, or support groups. A leader may use a personal copy to guide discussion, but separate copies should not be distributed to participants unless group-use permission or licensing has been granted — contact Anchors of Faith before distributing the product to a group.

Free digital products are subject to the same copyright, personal-use, and non-distribution restrictions as paid products unless otherwise stated. The absence of a purchase price does not place the product in the public domain. A free resource may be offered in exchange for an email subscription or completion of a form; you may unsubscribe from promotional emails in accordance with our Privacy Policy, but this does not change the copyright status of the downloaded resource.

We make reasonable efforts to describe digital products accurately, including sample pages, mockups, and printing information. Mockups are illustrative — unless expressly included in the description, items such as devices, frames, or notebooks shown in a mockup are not part of the purchase. We may occasionally update a product to correct errors, improve formatting, or clarify instructions; a purchase does not automatically guarantee access to all future editions or major revisions, which may be released as a new edition or separate purchase.

Some resources are designed for home or professional printing. Print results may vary depending on printer type, ink, paper, colour settings, and screen calibration — we recommend printing a sample page before printing an entire resource. Anchors of Faith is not responsible for ink, paper, binding, or professional printing fees, incorrect print settings, or colour differences.

Unless a product description states that a file is editable, digital products should be considered non-editable, and you may not alter a non-editable product for redistribution or commercial use. Where an editable template is provided, editing rights are limited to the permissions stated on the product page — this does not grant permission to resell the template, share the original, or register the design as your own intellectual property. Anchors of Faith digital products are created from a Christian perspective aligned with Seventh-day Adventist beliefs, and are designed to support Bible study, prayer, and personal growth, not to replace personal study of Scripture, pastoral care, or professional counselling. No digital product guarantees a particular spiritual, emotional, or financial outcome.

Where an account is required, you are responsible for keeping your login details private and may not share your password, allow unauthorised access, or transfer your account to another person. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe there has been account sharing, unauthorised distribution, or fraudulent activity. Digital product purchases are governed by our Refund Policy — because products may be accessed, copied, or printed immediately, sales are generally final once delivery has occurred, though we will review concerns involving duplicate charges, incorrect products, corrupted files, or failed delivery.

Digital products are protected by copyright. Unauthorised sharing may include forwarding a file by email, posting it in a messaging group or cloud storage, sharing it in a church or classroom, posting screenshots of substantial portions online, or using the content to train or populate competing resources. Where infringement is suspected, we may disable access, revoke the licence, issue a removal request, or pursue other remedies available under law.

Unless written permission is granted, Anchors of Faith digital products may not be uploaded to AI platforms for public, commercial, or training purposes, used to train an AI model, used to create derivative commercial products, or entered into automated content-generation systems for redistribution. Limited private use of an AI tool for accessibility or personal note-taking should not result in the product being stored, shared, published, or used to train a model. You are responsible for reviewing the privacy and data-use terms of any external platform before uploading protected content.

Anchors of Faith may use third-party services for hosting, email delivery, payment processing, and cloud storage; your use of those services may also be governed by the third party’s own terms. Reasonable technical support may be provided for verified purchases, such as resending a delivery email, reissuing a download link, or replacing a corrupted file — support does not include repairing your device, installing software, or providing custom design services. To request support, provide your full name, purchase email, order number, product name, and a clear description of the issue.

Anchors of Faith may update, replace, or discontinue a digital product at any time; discontinuation does not normally create a right to a refund where the product was successfully delivered and remains usable. Digital product purchases and licences are generally non-transferable. Commercial use — such as selling printed copies, including a product in a paid package, or using it to promote another business — is not permitted unless a separate commercial licence is expressly provided.
