Unless a product page states otherwise, paid and free resources are licensed for the purchaser’s or recipient’s personal use only. Anchors of Faith may offer digital products such as ebooks, workbooks, devotionals, journals, printable cards, guides, templates, audio files, videos, or digital bundles. Digital products are delivered electronically; you are responsible for providing an accurate email address at checkout, ensuring your device can open the file type, downloading and securely storing your files, and reviewing the product description before purchasing. Product colours, formatting, and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device, monitor, printer, paper, ink, and print settings. Unless otherwise stated, purchase of a digital product provides a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence for personal use — it does not transfer copyright or ownership.

Prices are displayed on the applicable product or checkout page and may be stated in United States dollars or another currency identified at checkout. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers; Anchors of Faith does not necessarily receive or store your complete payment card information. Your bank or payment provider may charge additional conversion or processing fees, for which Anchors of Faith is not responsible.

We reserve the right to change product prices, correct pricing or description errors, cancel or refuse an order affected by an obvious technical or pricing error, and introduce or discontinue promotions. Price changes do not affect completed purchases unless a correction is required because of fraud, technical failure, or a clear pricing error.

Because digital products are made available for immediate access or download, purchases may be non-refundable once the product has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded, except where required by applicable law or stated in our Refund Policy. A refund will not normally be issued because you changed your mind, did not use the resource, purchased the wrong product, or your device does not support the file. Please contact us if you were charged more than once, received the wrong file, the file is corrupted, or your purchase was not delivered — we will make reasonable efforts to correct verified delivery or file-access issues. The word “free” refers to the absence of a purchase price — access may require you to provide your name and email and consent to related communications, which you may unsubscribe from at any time. Free resources may be changed, replaced, or removed without notice.
